If it’s a complaint:
You’ll get an acknowledgment within 2 business days
We’ll review the issue, and work with you toward a respectful outcome
You’ll be updated throughout the process
If it’s feedback or a compliment:
We’ll send a thank you (if contact details are provided)
We’ll use it to improve or celebrate what’s working
