You can:

  • Talk to your support worker or coordinator

  • Ask for help completing the form

  • Submit anonymously — just note we won’t be able to reply if you do

What Happens Next?

If it’s a complaint:

  • You’ll get an acknowledgment within 2 business days

  • We’ll review the issue, and work with you toward a respectful outcome

  • You’ll be updated throughout the process

If it’s feedback or a compliment:

  • We’ll send a thank you (if contact details are provided)

  • We’ll use it to improve or celebrate what’s working

Important: If you submit anonymously, we won’t be able to follow up — but we’ll still take it seriously.
